Located directly on the slopes of the Courchevel resort, the Courcheneige**** enjoys a very privileged location in the Savoyard Alps.
But location alone is not enough to achieve a satisfactory occupancy rate in this competitive area.
The Courcheneige Hotel has decided to boost its online presence on social networks.
Having called on Eliophot to redesign their website in 2020, we have strengthened our partnership by providing social media support.
Facebook and Instagram were chosen to ensure maximum visibility for the hotel among its target clientele. To give the hotel the best chance of developing its presence, various levers are used:
Natural posts: via an editorial calendar that runs throughout the year, bi-weekly posts are validated each quarter with the hotel team.
Sponsored posts: now an essential part of a social media strategy, sponsored posts increase visibility and help develop the hotel's natural audience.
Contests: finally, the best generator of engagement, contests allow to vary the methods of acquiring new subscribers.
Not surprisingly, the long-term strategy has paid off in terms of visibility for the hotel:
Natural posts: over a period of just under a year, nearly 130,000 impressions were generated on Facebook and Instagram combined. We also recorded 5,700 visits to the Instagram page, and 715 subscribers gained on this network. On Facebook, there were more than 1,000 clicks on the various posts throughout the year.
Sponsored posts: more than 70,000 impressions and 1,000 clicks generated over the same period, for a dedicated advertising budget of €250 thanks to a carefully defined editorial calendar and target audiences.
