How is the on-site optimization of a hotel structured?


Below you will discover how and why to perform optimizations, essential elements for natural referencing. If you do not have access to these fields, this part will allow you to enrich your knowledge to better communicate with your provider.


First step: the optimization of the title tag and the meta description tag of a page: these are the characters visible from the search engine results.

THE TITLE TAG

The optimization of the title tag must include the main keyword of your destination page & the name of your establishment. Number of characters not to exceed: 70


THE DESCRIPTION TAG

It is used to inform the user and a relevant presentation can improve the click rate. Putting a list of keywords in a row will have no interest, except to scare the user away.


The important elements of a meta description tag are: the notion of official site, the product and/or service offered, a geographical notion, the mention "best rates guaranteed". Number of characters not to exceed: 165

Google advises not to create URLs that are too long. A URL between 70 and 90 characters is correct.

OPTIMIZATION OF YOUR HN STRUCTURE (1)

The H1 to H6 titles allow to organize the content of a page. For the Internet user, they make it easier to read a text; for search engines, they facilitate crawling* and better understanding of the semantic field of the page by robots.

So don't forget:

Your logo is generally present on all the pages of your website. The importance to attribute a name and an ALT tag to your logo is thus multiplied by 20, 30, 40 according to the number of pages which your site comprises.

In the web, there are two types of links: internal and external (part 6).
